Digital Queendom

Digital Queendom is an exploratory pod that challenges girls to know their past, present and future in a media driven world.
This pod exposes students to the messages and ideas behind mass media, how media is used to influence their view of themselves and how they often change themselves to fit images designed by corporate advertisers.
Not only do students gain an understanding of technology they become producers of it. This year we will be exploring the television talk show and the on-line magazine.
